As Customer Success Lead you’ll own the homeowner experience after they choose Verdis — onboarding, monitoring, and support. You’ll turn a technical product into calm, clear guidance, spot issues before they become problems, and keep our satisfaction scores high. We’re looking for someone warm and organised, comfortable with data and apps, who genuinely enjoys helping people.
