Payment terms are set out in your agreement. Where finance is offered, separate terms from the finance provider will also apply.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and the systems we install, as described in your agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to individual components.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Verdis and may not be reused without our permission.
Changes

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
